Nature house with private pool. The gite is a separate part of the landlords' own house. Private entrance, dining room/kitchen with beautiful views over the adjacent fields. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and oven. Then a bright living room with garden doors with heating, sofa and armchairs and television with Dutch Separate bedroom overlooking the garden and with box spring (1.60 x 2.00) and then the spacious hall with closet and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The nature house is attached to the house of the landlords, but completely private with its own entrance, parking place and secluded garden with several seating areas (sun or shade). In the garden you will find, among other things, a gazebo overgrown with wisteria and the garden has a private swimming pool (above ground), completely surrounded by a high hedge and nice loungers, plenty of privacy. June to September only bookable per week (Sat.)

For a vacation in the French countryside on a hill with beautiful views all around, a lovely lazy vacation with an occasional splash in the pool (+/- June to September), reading a book on one of the spots in the garden or visiting villages in Galo-Roman style, a walk among the grain fields and forests, following a bicycle route in the area? Everything is possible. But above all, enjoy! There is plenty to do in the vicinity; many old Romanesque villages worth visiting, with many bric and brac markets in season. Nearby, three kilometers away is the beautiful castle village of Verteuil with bakery, restaurants, wine bar and village supermarket. Seven kilometers away you will find the beautiful village of Nanteuil with restaurants, old abbey and arboretum. All amenities can be found in the town of Ruffec at ten kilometers, including two large supermarkets, a Lidl and a weekly market on Saturday. You will also find a tree-climbing course in the area, here you can canoe on the Charente, take a flight in a gyrocopter or visit castles. You can also visit Cognac, Angouleme, Oradour sur Glane or Poitiers from here.
