Welcome to this detached, characteristic country house in Monte del Lago and discover the real Umbria. Located on the eastern shore, on Lake Trasimeno, also famous for its spectacular sunsets, it is an ideal place for total relaxation.The nature house is equipped with all comforts: central heating, partial air conditioning, two dishwashers, washing machine, tumble dryer, two microwaves, satellite TV including Holland 1, 2, 3 and free internet. Doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Surrounded by an enclosed garden with parking space, you can relax on the terrace with sunshade. The landscape invites you to make beautiful walks and bike tours. In the village of San Feliciano, two kilometers away, there is not only a bakery, butcher, drugstore, small supermarket and post office, but also several good restaurants. Located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, it is an excellent base for visiting Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Cortona and Rome, among others. From nearby Magione, many interesting destinations can also be reached by train. The house can accommodate six people; pets and smoking are not allowed.

The Lake Trasimeno area is known for its beautiful sunsets and is surrounded by important art cities, rich in history and culture such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto and Gubbio. It was at this lake where Hannibal inflicted a crushing defeat on the Roman legions of Flaminius in 217 BC. In the middle of the lake are the three islands of Maggiore, Minore and Polvese, two of which can be visited by boat and where one can take lovely walks. For many artists, the beautiful and unique landscape was and still is a true source of inspiration. Within walking distance of the house is a sailing school where, among other things, kayaks can be rented. The many country roads between the hills, along and through vineyards and olive trees make wonderful excursions possible.
