This nature house is one of two apartments in a country house near the shore of Lake Como. Each apartment has a private garden of 1000 m². The views from the house and garden are overwhelming. The apartment is named after the calm wind that blows over Lake Como in the morning from south to north. You can see this wind passing by daily from the house and garden. The house is located in the beautiful village of Nesso, in an ecological zone, just 40 meters away from the shore of Lake Como. This is also pedestrian area and in and around the villa you will find absolute peace and privacy. The villa is surrounded by a fairytale garden that is lovingly maintained. Here you will find Mediterranean flowers, plants and fruit, including banana, palm tree, eucalyptus, fig, kiwi, lemon, pomegranate, grape, persimmon, raspberry, oleander, lavender and many other species whose fruit you may harvest during your stay. In the garden runs a small waterfall that becomes active when it rains and brings fresh mountain water. There are several seats and tables and an antique tea house. You have a breathtaking view. The lake is in front of you and in the distance you can see the village of Nesso with its old church.

In the garden there are several seats and tables and an antique tea house. The shore of Lake Como is practically in front of the villa. Leaving the house, a path leads down to the lake shore after about 150 meters. Here on the shore at the ancient bridge you can swim right away. Exactly at this point fresh mountain water flows into the lake that comes from the famous waterfall in Nesso, the L'Orrido di Nesso. It is a spectacular experience to swim to this waterfall, a favorite pastime of Italians. Here on the shore you can board the ferry. It is possible to rent surfboards and take a private trip with a motorboat and an Itian "captain. You will then be picked up at the pier.

Prachtige villa op een prachtige locatie.
Klein stukje paradijs, grote afgesloten tuin met veel privacy. Zowel vanuit het huis als vanuit de tuin geweldig uitzicht over het meer.
Zowel wij als de hond hebben genoten van deze locatie!Mooi ontspannen oud stadje met vriendelijke mensen en een heleboel te zien en ontdekken op je eigen tempo.
