This nature house Sun is located in a characteristic, cultural heritage farm from 1879 on the Zeeland island of Schouwen-Duiveland. Zon is located in the former large agricultural barn and with its 85 m2 is the largest apartment on the farm. Upon entering Sun immediately smiles at you through a spacious luxury bathroom with all amenities. A space to fully relax and unwind - with beautiful bath, a spacious walk-in shower, infrared sauna and toilet. At the rear of this attractive apartment is the country-style living room with open kitchen. Fully "equipped," as it should be in Zon, and includes an oven and stove. Enjoy the warmth that Zon has to offer by the pellet stove, or take the open staircase to the cozy bedroom with a double box spring. Prefer to catch the sun's rays outside? Then take a seat in the beautiful private garden. Let yourself be surprised by this charming residence.
Nature and surroundings
Schouwen-Duiveland is the vacation island of Zeeland. About 10 car minutes from the farm is the "kop van Schouwen" where beautiful beaches, surrounded by extensive dunes and forests, stand out on the horizon. The seaside resorts of Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede offer conviviality and entertainment here. Cyclists and hikers will find plenty to enjoy here and there is a good chance of coming face to face with a pack of fallow deer or roe deer. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the farmyard and the panoramic views, or explore the history of the beautiful nearby Zierikzee. Plenty to do, and something for everyone!
