Nature house in Brouennes

This nature house is a vacation rental with a professional kitchen that is an asset for cooking enthusiasts (slow cooking) in part because of the herbs/kitchen garden. The kitchen has a dining table for eight, an eight-burner stove and a classic working wood stove (circa 1920) with oven section. The kitchen has an extensive inventory that includes an espresso machine, a large electric oven, planetary blender, scale, slicer, toaster, double stainless steel r.v. sink, dishwasher and warming lamps and all the stainless steel pans needed. There is also a tuner/amplifier with CD player and connection option for mp3/smartphone/laptop. The living room features a legendary fireplace with an open HR wood stove, a two-seat sofa, two chaise longues and a writing table. The bedrooms have antique beds 140 centimeters wide and another on the loft of 130 centimeters. Pillows and blankets are provided. Behind the house is a walled garden with terrace and large dining table.

Uniquely located atop the hill near the village of Brouennes, with a legendary view of the valley and village. In the middle of the green lung of Europe, on the border of the departments of Ardennes and Meuse, in the triangle Luxembourg-Reims-Nancy. The immediate surroundings are very hilly and wooded. The houses are built of beautiful, yellow natural stone from the quarries of this area. The small village of Brouennes, situated at the bottom of the hill, has a ribbon development along the small river Baâlon. There is plenty of opportunity for biking, hiking, swimming (in the Meuse). From the nature house you can walk directly over the hills on the "Chemin de Vaches". Or how about cycling to Stenay, through forests, hills and valleys (for rent in Stenay E-Bikes and mountain bikes). For the fishermen among us, there are opportunities in the Brouennes fish ponds and in the Meuse (with a permit). The cities of Reims, Nancy, Metz and Sedan are worth visiting and where you can also eat well.
