We were looking for a house with a good kitchen, large table, fireplace and nice (hanging) couch. In a place where it is good walking and cycling. This house has it all. The owners have done their best to make the house as sustainable as possible. The snow was a real treat. Despite the cold, the house is always at a good temperature throughout. The house is in the quiet part in the middle of the Ardennes near Bastogne, the historic site of the Ardennes offensive in WWII. And therefore plenty of impressive historical sites to visit. We can really recommend the house for a group of 6 adults who like to play games, are outdoor types and are interested in history.
