The house is privately located on the outside of the hamlet of La Terrade on grounds of about 1800 m2. On the second floor of the house there are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and equipped with 2 wooden closets, a sofa and platform with sink. Adjacent is a recently built, spacious luxury bathroom, equipped with a rain shower, toilet, bidet and a large platform with a sink of natural stone. Three walls of this bathroom have concrete ciré, the other wall consists of the original, re-jointed natural stones. In the remaining two bedrooms there are two single beds (approx. 1.80 m) that are pushed together, but can also be used separately. In the so-called kapschuur (the hangar) a few years ago a fully equipped outdoor kitchen was built, incl. electric oven, Smeg fridge and Smeg dishwasher and equipped with a large 6-person table (for more info see below).
Nature and surroundings
From spring to autumn life takes place 'outside'. In front of the open side of the 'hangar' is a large terrace (wooden deck of about 9 x 4 m) that offers a magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding countryside. On this terrace there is also a large dining table for 6 with parasol. Furthermore, in the "hangar" there is a separate room, which serves as a bathroom (with toilet and shower) for the pool. A wide Roman staircase of 5 steps gives access to the pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) with a spacious sun terrace with loungers and a parasol. The pool is open from May 1 to October 1 and is equipped with underwater lighting and a saltwater installation that provides a pleasant swimming environment with less chlorine. For shopping, take a drive to St. Sulpice les F. (approx. 9 km) or La Souterraine (approx. 13 km) for large French supermarkets or Limoges (approx. 50 km).The area lends itself to hiking, cycling, etc.

Zeer mooi huis in een rustige omgeving. Verder prachtig uitzicht.
