Nature house in Ellewoutsdijk

There were plenty of toys and a safe place for the baby to sleep. The little one had a great time. For a young adult it was annoying that the Wifi was malfunctioning and for a 60 + er, the stairs were very steep. Response of landlord: That the wifi was less was not our fault but due to problems of the provider, we had also communicated this to the guests and the steep stairs that is clearly stated on the site

Voor de baby was er genoeg speelgoed en een veilige slaapplek aanwezig. De kleine heeft zich prima vermaakt. Voor een jong volwassene was het vervelend dat de Wifi slecht functioneerde en voor een 60+ er was de trap wel erg stijl.

Dat de wifi wat minder was lag niet aan ons maar door problemen van de provider, dit hadden we ook met de gasten gecommuniceerd en de wat steile trap dat staat duidelijk op de site

What a nice reception! Sweet people and an incredibly well cared for, complete and clean cottage. Something for all ages present or possible as an option; for us there were two cribs arranged, high chairs, toys for children. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Wat een fijne ontvangst! Lieve mensen en een ontzettend goed verzorgd, compleet en schoon huisje. Voor alle leeftijden wat aanwezig of mogelijk als optie; voor ons waren er twee kinderbedden geregeld, kinderstoelen, speelgoed voor kinderen. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en komen graag een keer terug. Dikke aanrader!

A wonderfully quiet and beautiful place. Not bothered by anything. Car-free. Lots of play opportunities for the kids. Nice view of the dike and the water birds. Enjoyed it!

Een heerlijk rustige en prachtige plek. Nergens overlast van gehad. Autoluw. Veel speelgelegenheid voor de kids. Mooi uitzicht op de dijk en de watervogels. Genoten!

There is no supermarket or bakery in the village, for that you really have to drive (bike) 6 km. If you come for your rest, this is the right place. Good base for walking or especially cycling.

Er is geen supermarkt of bakkertje in het dorp, daarvoor moet je echt wel 6 km rijden (fietsen). Kom je voor je rust ben je hier aan het goede adres. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een wandeling of vooral fietstocht.

A wonderfully complete and quiet nature house. Excellent parking on private property. The entrance is in the back, through the garden of the landlords. In the cottage itself is everything. The landlords Ad and Nicolien are very friendly and willing to help you with anything if something is missing. You look out on the seawall of the Westerschelde, where you also so walk to. Behind the kitchen there is a toilet and sink. To shower you have to go outside the kitchen to a separate shower room (unusual solution, but works fine). To the upstairs bedrooms is with a rather steep staircase. Ad provides custom bikes if required. There is a gas bbq and several seats at the back of the garden.

Een heerlijk compleet en rustig natuurhuisje. Prima parkeerplek op eigen terrein. De entree zit achterom, door de tuin van de verhuurders. In het huisje zelf is alles aanwezig. De verhuurders Ad en Nicolien zijn alleraardigst en bereid je met alles te helpen mocht er iets ontbreken. Je kijkt uit op de zeedijk van de Westerschelde, waar je ook zo naartoe loopt. Achter het keukentje zit een toilet en wastafel. Om te douchen moet je buitenom de keuken naar een aparte doucheruimte (bijzondere oplossing, maar werkt op zich prima). Naar de slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping is met een vrij steile trap. Ad verzorgt desgewenst fietsen op maat. Er is een gas bbq en diverse zitplaatsen achter in de tuin.
