Welcome to our villa in Salviac in the LOT, a lovely detached vacation home. At 1 km from the village of Salviac, on the border of the Lot and Dordogne, on a private property of 10,000 m2, you will find "Villa Pépy", a spacious and quietly situated " FREE-standing" house, very suitable for people who are looking for peace and quiet. A great place to take a break from the worries of today. Everything is on the ground floor, no thresholds or stairs and private parking in front of the door! The location is in a forest, completely enclosed with oak trees and greenery in the garden. A TASTY SPRING, WARM SUMMER, A SHITTERFALLY REST > that is the LOT in a southern French DECOR
Nature and surroundings
The old town of Salviac lies on the border of the two wonderful departments of the Lot and Dordogne, less than 16 kilometers from the Dordogne or Lot rivers. In about 15 minutes by car you can be in the breathtaking stretch of the Dordogne on both sides of the river of the same name, with the cute little streets of Sarlat, often used as a location for film shoots. The Château Beynac and the imposing fortified town of Domme, high above the river, offer truly stunning views. La Roque-Gagéac, at the foot of the rugged cliff to admire the towering medieval castles from the water. Or explore the gently flowing Dordogne River by canoe. The Lot region offers a multitude of possibilities. Close to Salviac are lakes with beaches, where you can enjoy swimming, pedal boats and windsurfing. Around Salviac are many forests with numerous cycling and hiking opportunities.
