Charming Nature House in central France. You enter into a cozy living room with sitting area and dining area. Electric heating throughout the house and downstairs a cozy wood stove for lovely evenings! The kitchen is fully equipped. (Dishwasher, fridge / freezer comb / gas stove / oven. This cottage is ideal for hikers and cyclists. This former train station for 2 to 4 people is located in a beautiful and quiet rustic setting in the village of Chabannes. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms. In room 1 there is a double bed of 140x 190 and in the other room 1 large bed of 190x200. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The large garden offers lots of privacy, the place to enjoy nature and tranquility with even a private pond with eco system. On the terrace next to the water is a large outdoor fireplace with bbq grill, guarantee a relaxing evening. Parking space for a car on the property. Relaxing starts here!

In Dun le Palestel (1.5 km away) there is a doctor, dentist, pharmacy, stores, an Auberge and restaurants as well as a large Intermarche. The weekly Bio market here, offers you all the fresh local produce. Go in search of the trout at low tide, beavers, deer! The Limousin region, with Limoges as its capital, is located in Nouvelle Aquitaine. The region includes the three departments of Correze, Creuse and Haute-Vienne. A wooded region with hills, many clear rivers and numerous large lakes. This region is the cleanest area of France. Leuk huisje met grote schoorsteen ernaast waaronder je kunt BBQen. Kleine vijver ernaast en klein waterstroompje. In de hele week is er 2 keer een auto langsgereden en toch is het dorpje met alle voorzieningen vlakbij.
