Nature house in Sant'angelo in Pontano

A stylishly renovated nature house and a detached guest house together form a beautiful and welcoming stay on one hectare of land in the Marches. You can spend a wonderful vacation with 8 people and the space also makes it ideal for two families. Situated on a southern slope, in summer you can relax under the "portico" and on the shady terraces, but also in other seasons the houses offer security and silence without the place feeling isolated. Made up of several terraces, the estate has panoramic views of the Monti Sibillini and five hilltop villages in the area, among others. The beautifully maintained garden, olive orchard and vegetable garden are embedded in a landscape of fields and woods that can also be admired from the lovely swimming pool (50 m², 1.40-1.85 meters deep). The house is located four kilometers from the cozy Sant'Angelo in Pontano. Here are plenty of stores for your daily needs, a "gelateria", two bars, some restaurants and a pharmacia. In principle, the changeover days are on Saturdays. If possible and by agreement, it is possible to deviate from this.

Within half an hour here you are in the Monti Sibillini National Park, an unspoiled nature reserve with snow-capped peaks and ski slopes in winter and spring. The Adriatic coast is also a half-hour drive away. Centuries-old towns like Ascoli Piceno, Macerata and Fermo offer a surprising cultural offer and at the excavations in Urbisaglia you can visit a Roman amphitheater. Typical of the Marches are the lively villages with excellent gastronomy and weekly markets.
