Nature house in Oostburg

Detached, cozy and beautifully situated polder house with a lovely enclosed garden (ideal for your dog) of 500 m2 with terraces and lawn. Free view of the meadow and from the living room view of the polders. You have the cottage all to yourself. The kitchen is cozy and equipped for fine cooking. Wake up in the cozy downstairs 2 person garden bedroom or upstairs in the 2 person bedroom. On the landing a child or on request a 5th adult can sleep. Bathroom with toilet and shower is upstairs. The cottage still exudes the atmosphere of yesteryear. Do not expect luxury, but authentic atmosphere. Products from EcoCover or other similar cleaning products. At the rear you have a beautiful view. At the front, completely unobstructed view, but a 60 km polder road, which is mainly used as a commuter. In summer, tractors drive there to secure the harvest. That gives a cachet to the whole if this is not disturbing for you.

You can take a large walking tour of over 5 km and from the cottage into the Zeeland Flemish polders. Further on, 1.5 km is a wetland where you can spot birds. The Grote Gat in Oostburg is beautiful, however, no dogs are allowed in this area. Bakkersdam is in the cycling route number 77 and that is really recommended from here. The Zeeland beaches of Cadzand, Groede, Nieuwvliet and Breskens are within a range of 10 kilometers. Oostburg (three kilometers) has a weekly market on Wednesdays, a tourist office, a bicycle rental and supermarkets. Also a nice tapas restaurant, bistro and a good French restaurant. Golf course Brugse Vaart at five kilometers. Sluis has a more luxurious shopping assortment and cozy restaurants. Bruges, Ghent and Knokke are definitely recommended and after all the impressions you can come home to the nature house!
