Nature house in Coo

There were many amenities for couples with young children, toy games as well as gates and high chairs.

Er waren veel voorzieningen voor koppels met jonge kinderen, speelgoed spellen maar ook hekjes en kinderstoelen waren aanwezig.

We had a nice view of the mountains and the river below. The small park was quiet, you couldn't hear the neighbors.

We hadden een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en de rivier beneden. Het kleinschalige park was rustig, je hoorde de buren niet.

Lovely cottage, that's why we went a second time. Nice quiet surroundings. Beautiful view. Only, that view was ruined by a large 'dille chamomile' sign was put down. That is really very unfortunate thought .... I do not go to a nature house only to be surrounded by advertising! Heerlijk huisje, daarom een tweede keer geweest. Fijne rustige omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht.

Alleen, dat uitzicht werd verpest doordat er een groot 'dille kamille' bord was neergezet. Dat is echt heel jammer bedacht... ik ga niet naar een natuurhuisje om vervolgens omringt te zijn door reclame!

Allereerst willen wij je hartelijk bedanken om ons huisje voor een tweede maal te boeken. Het doet ons ontzettend veel plezier dat jullie het er heerlijk vinden.
Recentelijk werd ons huisje uitgekozen om een Dille & Kamille natuurhuisje te worden.
Deze mooie samenwerking loopt tot december 2026.

Het concept is dat de gasten gebruik mogen maken van de mooie producten die Dille & Kamille te bieden heeft.
Wat het bord betreft kunnen we je opmerking hierover wel enigzins volgen en aangezien we steeds ons uiterste best doen om rekening te houden met de input van onze gasten zullen wij hiervoor binnen een paar weken een ander plekje voorzien.

At first glance, the cottage looks very cozy and well-kept and we certainly enjoyed our entire stay there. The view is great, the decor is cozy and the landlord was easy to contact and friendly. It is in a beautiful place, with lots of walking possibilities. Gradually some issues did crop up, such as the thermostat that is set on a motion sensor and thus turns off after a few minutes when you read a book, black mold in the window frames (which was also mentioned in a previous review a year ago), pans with very scratched non-stick coatings (this is perhaps mainly the fault of previous tenants and the landlord has apologized for it) and clearly audible neighbors. The bed is on the firm side, but not uncomfortable. A tip from us would be a central book with instructions for the cottage and recommendations for the area. It is a cozy cottage, but the price/quality was not quite balanced as far as we were concerned.

In eerste oogopslag ziet het huisje er heel knus en verzorgd uit en we hebben er ons hele verblijf ook zeker van genoten. Het uitzicht is geweldig, de inrichting is gezellig en de verhuurder was goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk. Het ligt op een prachtige plek, met veel wandelmogelijkheden.

Gaandeweg doken wel wat zaken op, zoals de thermostaat die op een bewegingssensor staat ingesteld en dus na een paar minuten uitgaat wanneer je een boek leest, zwarte schimmel in de kozijnen (die in een eerdere review een jaar geleden ook is genoemd), pannen met erg bekraste anti-aanbaklagen (dit is misschien vooral de schuld van vorige huurders en heeft de verhuurder excuses voor aangeboden) en duidelijk hoorbare buren. Het bed is aan de stevige kant, maar niet onaangenaam.

Een tip vanuit ons zou een centraal boek zijn met instructies voor het huisje en aanbevelingen voor de omgeving.

Het is een gezellig huisje, maar de prijs/kwaliteit was niet helemaal in balans wat ons betreft.

The surroundings and especially the view from the cottage are very beautiful! Furthermore, the neighbors are audible.

De omgeving en vooral ook het uitzicht vanuit het huisje zijn heel prachtig!
Verder zijn de buren wel hoorbaar.
