Simple fully independent nature house located in the Achterhoek scenery, between meadows and forests on a plot with our daughter's home, several outbuildings and our own home, orchard. In the Achterhoek, between Hengelo, Ruurlo and Zelhem is located between forests and meadows on a large plot with orchards, vegetable garden and outbuildings this beautiful cottage. The six-person cottage has a private entrance, large sunny bright living room, kitchen with all amenities. Two bedrooms, spacious hall, bathroom with shower, and nice terrace facing south. The site is 1.85 acres and runs into forest at the rear. About 100 meters along the ditch walking from here is the forest area easily accessible. Through this estate runs stage 14 of the famous Pieterpad. TV with TV package of Delta (or equivalent) Fiberglass. The house is also suitable for ShortStay.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house has a ground floor of about 90 square meters and a floor of over 20 square meters. See floor plans shown with the photos. On the ground floor is a Z-shaped living space with living room, dining area and kitchen. Furthermore, the master-bed-room, a spacious entrance hall, and the bathroom are also on the ground floor. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable Auping bed with thick mattresses. There is a workspace and a long closet with an extra single bed behind it. Furthermore, there is a crib/cot for children up to two years old. Upstairs is a bedroom with three single beds. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are provided.
