The 10 min climb from your car is really worth it. Beautiful nature, fantastic porch with great views. From early morning to evening sun on porch, otherwise beautiful clouds where you can sometimes look over because they hang low. Various activities are offered in the area. But entertaining yourself in nature is enough actually. Supermarkets and refueling is 10 min by car in Tretten. Warm reception, contact with the manager is smooth. There is also quickly responded. We also received a nice tip from the manager of beautiful hike. Water is no problem, is close to the house, with the foot pump showering we found no problem. The Hytter (toilet) is a great cozy place :-). A drink by the fireplace after a hike was enjoyable. House was clean and beds slept well. We found the area really beautiful! Around every corner we were again amazed by the beauty of southern Norway.

Het klimmetje van 10 min vanaf je auto is het echt waard. Prachtige natuur, fantastisch veranda met prachtig uitzicht. Van smorgens vroeg tot savonds zon op veranda, anders prachtige wolken waar je soms overheen kan kijken omdat ze laag hangen. In de omgeving worden verschillende activiteiten aangeboden. Maar jezelf vermaken in de natuur is al voldoende eigenlijk. Supermarkten en tanken is 10 min met de auto in Tretten. Warm ontvangst, contact met de beheerder gaat soepel. Er word ook snel gereageerd. We kregen ook een mooie tip van de beheerder van mooie hike. Water is geen probleem, ligt dichtbij het huis, met de voetpomp douchen vonden wij ook geen probleem. De Hytter (toilet) is een geweldig gezellig plekje :-). Een drankje bij de open haard na een wandeling was genieten. Huis was schoon en bedden sliepen goed.

Wij vonden de omgeving echt prachtig! Om elke hoekje waren we weer verwonderd door de pracht van Zuid-Noorwegen.

You really need to be familiar with Norwegian Hytte life to appreciate a 10-15 min walk with your belongings and food on your back. Good backpack and sturdy shoes are required. Delicious fresh water from the spring you tap at the outdoor tap and take inside. An outside toilet is very common at a hytte and fine. Nice furnishings (with piano!) and fine wood stove. You can really feel at home here. swimming in beautiful lake (cold!) at 10 min. drive. Drive, it was very nice!

Je moet echt wel bekend zijn met het Noorse Hytte leven om een wandeling van 10-15 min. Met je spullen en etenswaren op je rug te waarderen. Goede rugzak en stevige schoenen zijn nodig. Heerlijk fris water uit de bron tap je bij de buitenkraan en neem je mee naar binnen. Een buitentoilet is heel gewoon bij een hytte en prima te doen.
Mooie inrichting (met piano!) en fijne houtkachel. Je kunt je hier echt thuis voelen.
Zwemmen in prachtig meertje (koud!) op 10 min. Rijden.
Het was heel fijn!

Lovely to sit on the terrace and enjoy the wide view over farmlands with mountains in the distance. All kinds of birds fly to and fro, sheep bells tinkle. A beautiful setting to completely unwind. Particularly friendly reception.

Heerlijk om op het terras te zitten en te genieten van het weidse uitzicht over landerijen met bergen in de verte. Allerlei vogeltjes vliegen af en aan, schapen bellen klingelen. Een prachtige omgeving om helemaal tot rust te komen. Bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst.

Clean, tidy, everything well organized and otherwise quick and easy contact with the landlady. Descent to the cottage (and of course especially the climb back up) is really tough, but no less than what you would expect in the area. Toilet outside stays just clean even in summer. Only water outside requires some adaptability of course, but in the cottage are enough possibilities not to have to walk outside for water for every little thing. Tip for the shower: 1 bucket of cold water with twice a full kettle of hot water provides an excellent temperature for showering.

Schoon, netjes, alles goed geregeld en anders is het contact snel en makkelijk met de verhuurster. Afdalen naar het huisje (en natuurlijk vooral de klim weer naar boven) is echt wel stevig, maar niet minder dan wat je in de omgeving zou verwachten. Toilet buiten blijft ook in de zomer gewoon netjes. Alleen water buiten vraagt natuurlijk wat aanpassingsvermogen, maar in het huisje zijn genoeg mogelijkheden aangebracht om niet voor elk wissewasje naar buiten te moeten lopen voor water.

Tip voor de douche: 1 emmer koud water met twee keer een volle waterkoker warm water zorgt voor een prima temperatuur om mee te douchen.

The cottage is wonderfully quiet. Beautiful view over the valley and the only thing you hear in the area are the sheep bells. Fantastic place to unwind.

Het huisje is heerlijk rustig gelegen. Prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en het enige wat je hoort in de omgeving zijn de schapenbellen. Fantastische plek om tot rust te komen.
