This beautiful nature house can accommodate 4 people (four adults, possible 5th in the master bedroom added:) and is located on private land of over 1350 m². A driveway leads to the house, which is somewhat hidden in a spacious clearing on a forest plot. The nature house consists of an entrance hall, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor. One large room with a double bed and a smaller room with two single beds. At the end of 2020 a fully equipped 2nd bathroom has been created here. Attached to the living room is a veranda over the entire length, accessible through French doors from the living room. This house is very suitable for tranquility seekers and for persons who love nature, hiking and cycling. The nature house stands at the back of a path and the access consists of two gates that allow you to drive half way around, which makes getting in and out of the plot comfortable. Spacious house (especially for our travel party of two) in a wooded area. The house was fully equipped, including washing machine. The latest remodel (upstairs bathroom, somewhat smaller master bedroom, less steep stairs) was definitely an improvement. The location was very central for biking and hiking. We did not use the car all week. Instead cycled with the bikes delivered/picked up by the local bike shop at home. The garden was surrounded by trees but also still sunny enough. In the summer the trees will be fuller, but the sun then thankfully also higher than now. I don't like paying a deposit very much, still don't. But at least the refund was taken care of very quickly at this cottage.
Ruim huis (zeker voor ons reisgezelschap van twee personen) in een bosgebied. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief wasmachine. De laatste verbouwing (badkamer boven, wat kleinere grote slaapkamer, minder steile trap) was zeker een verbetering. De locatie was heel centraal om te fietsen en te wandelen. We hebben de auto de hele week niet gebruikt. In plaats daarvan gefietst met de fietsen die door de lokale fietsenmaker aan huis bezorgd/opgehaald werden. De tuin was omringd door bomen maar ook nog zonnig genoeg. In de zomer zullen de bomen voller zijn, maar de zon dan gelukkig ook hoger dan nu.
Ik vind het betalen van borg niet zo prettig, nog steeds niet. Maar de terugbetaling werd bij dit huisje in ieder geval heel snel verzorgd.Quiet area with more (vacation) homes. In the forest.
