Our stay at this nature house was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, we found the house to be clearly in need of maintenance and with several broken amenities. During our stay, a tree even fell on the house, which was a very shocking experience and completely undermined our sense of safety. After this incident, we noticed several trees in the area that, in our observation, were severely damaged and had been secured to other trees with straps. We took extensive photos of these. The playground equipment, the ping-pong table, and the pool table were also found to be defective; there were several broken darts that couldn’t be thrown. Due to the combination of defects, the unsafe conditions, and the lack of an appropriate solution, we cut our stay short. The handling of our complaints was also disappointing. Based on our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation.

Op basis van onze ervaring kunnen wij deze accommodatie helaas niet aanbevelen.
