Nature house in Soy

Situated in a wooded area between Soy (Erezee) and Ny (Hotton), this beautiful ruralhut is a luxuriously furnished house for six to eight people with one baby (pets not allowed) with private pool and sauna. On the lower floor (65 m²) is the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, Falcon 'cooker', dishwasher and large fridge with freezer compartment as well as the dining table, sitting area with Bullerjan stove, separate toilet, bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet and one bedroom with sink (cot 0.60x1.20). On the first floor, the mezzanine is furnished as a lounge with TV (single dvd) and there are also two bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Auping boxsprings and on the mezzanine there is a quality bed (1.60x2.00).

The house is set in a wooded garden of almost 20 hectare which is completely fenced. There is a lockable garden storage for bicycles or pushchair and ample parking space for multiple cars (one under carport). In the garden there is a second chalet with a large private indoor swimming pool of seven by four meters. Around the chalet is a large terrace (partly covered and heated) with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is heated with gas central heating, the waste water is processed in a micro purification plant and the living environment is controlled by a ventilation system.
