During our stay there was a heat wave. The old horse barn stayed wonderfully cool and we sat under the shed in the garden and bbq'd during the heat. The dog had a wonderful time in the fenced garden, baking in the sun and napping in the cool cottage. Willy is a great host and we enjoyed hearing the history of the building from him. If you have mobility problems; the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep. If we can, we would love to come back again!
