On one of the most beautiful spots of the Achterhoek you will find this nice nature house. The farm stands on the edge of a large estate. The nature house is located on the back part of the farm where the animals used to stay. From the doors you look out onto the back yard with playing field. From the door on the right side of the farm you have your own access to this location. In addition to a spacious sitting area with sofa and armchairs, you will find a large dining table with five chairs. A simple kitchenette is also at your disposal. In the former horse stable you will find a very spacious bathroom which has been made suitable for the disabled. The double room is located in the former calf stable and contains two single beds. The sleeping room for three persons is separated from the living area by a sliding door and contains both a double and a single bed. The beds are made upon arrival.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is suitable for hikers and cyclists. You can be active or take time to unwind. Since the nature house is right on the forest and a junction route, there is plenty of opportunity for biking, hiking and other relaxing pursuits. The adjacent estate is approximately 560 acres. It consists mainly of forest, but several old farms are also part of the estate. Both Lochem, Zutphen and Deventer are a short distance away and have beautiful centers to spend several hours. The area also offers numerous opportunities for trips and various events are organized throughout the year. The cottage is located on the Pieterpad, running from Pieterburen to the Sint-Pietersberg and is thus the longest continuous walking route in the Netherlands. Nature house "de Deel" was a converted stable, looked cozy with a large dining table, a sofa and 2 nice chairs and a kitchenette with all the trimmings.Unfortunately we did not look closely at the description and photos when we booked, but we ( 2 girlfriends) found it uncomfortable that there was a curtain between the living area and 1 bedroom, which incidentally has fine beds, also in the other bedroom.
There was a spacious bathroom with a toilet and nice shower.The hostess is a friendly, spontaneous and helpful woman and she has served our 2 delicious meals.The outside sitting around "the Part" was spacious and under the roof shade and sun and a large table with chairs where you can sit, it is a pity that there is a road along, what you hear outside constantly fortunately not inside.All in all we have had 2 wonderful weeks.Natuurhuisje "de Deel" was een verbouwde stal, zag er gezellig uit met een grote eettafel, een bank en 2 lekkere stoelen en een keukentje met alles erop en eraan.
Wij hebben helaas bij het boeken de beschrijving en de foto's niet goed bekeken, maar wij ( 2 vriendinnen) vonden het
ongemakkelijk dat er een gordijn tussen het woongedeelte en 1 slaapkamer zat, waar overigens prima bedden staan, ook in de andere slaapkamer.
Er was een ruime badkamer met een toilet en lekkere douche.
De gastvrouw is een gezellige, spontane en behulpzame vrouw en ze heeft onze 2 heerlijke maaltijden geserveerd.
Het buiten zitten rond om " de Deel" was ruim en onder de overkapping schaduw en zon en een grote tafel met stoelen waar je heerlijk kunt zitten, het is jammer dat er een weg langs loopt, wat je buiten constant hoort gelukkig binnen niet.

Erg veel in het huisje, spelletjes en lucifers etc.
Fijne gastvrouw, wasmachine aanwezig op het terrein.
Heel goed ontbijt, je mag ook zelf kiezen hoe je je ei wilt hebben gebakken of gekookt, en vers gebakken brood,hele fijne week gehad.Mooi, rustig en gezellig veel bossen. Paarden etc.
