Het huis is erg donker en er waren veel dingen stuk. De keuken was erg onpraktisch en apparatuur verouderd/matig functionerend.
Het onderkomen is ongeschikt voor kleine kinderen: de tuin is niet omsloten en op het terrein wordt behoorlijk hard gereden.Het huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving.

Heel ruim voor 7 mensen (want eigenlijk voor 18 personen), maar erg warm binnen. Wel apart dat er maar 4 gaspitten zijn (voor 18 man koken?) die je aan moet steken met lucifers (gasaansteker zou handiger zijn). Vaatwasser oogt industrieel maar wast in de praktijk slecht af (in 3 minuten).
Eigen badkamer bij elke slaapkamer was erg fijn, de bedden waren goed en van de pooltafel en airhockey in de ruime kelder is gretig gebruikgemaakt.
Een lijstje met verbeterpuntjes achtergelaten voor de beheerder (o.a. over piepende deur, gevaarlijke deurmat, horren in slaapkamers)Het bos direct aan de overkant van de weg is fantastisch. Wel minder geschikt voor mensen met zwakke enkels/knieën/heupen want er zit een hoop hoogteverschil in de wandelroutes die aardig zijn aangegeven met paaltjes met kleurcodes. Helaas is de weg wel een ontzettende bron van lawaai.
