From the garden of this rural nature house you can enjoy the vast rolling landscape and peace and quiet. The nature house is located halfway down a dead-end road. One side of the garden is fenced off with a hedge, the other side is not, so the view remains unobstructed. Late in the afternoon you can sometimes see a few deer coming out of the distant bushes. Upon entering the renovated house you are immediately in the living room. Adjacent you will find the dining kitchen with a six-person table. On the other side of the living room is an additional bedroom with a single bed, a boiler room with sink / washing machine and a toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have a double bed. One of the rooms has a walkthrough containing a baby crib and a crib (1.70m). In the sheds you will find two bicycles, garden and handyman tools, 2 extra reclining garden chairs, the barbecue, a fire basket and firewood.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in the middle of the grasslands of Chappes (1.5 km) and Saint Priest-en-Murat (1 km). In Montmarault (6 km) you will find the bakery, butcher, Carrefour with gas station, pharmacy, small stores, restaurants and banks. The weekly market is on Wednesdays. At the post office in Chappes you can order your baguette or pain for the next day every day. Auvergne has a hilly landscape with wooded areas, such as the Forest of Tronçais in the Allier, this is a very old oak forest with an area of 11,000 hectares and the volcanic landscape in Puy-de-Dôme with about 400 volcanoes of which Puy-de-Sancy of almost two kilometers is the highest volcano. Old towns and villages with their churches, castles and museums are worth visiting. The sports enthusiast can go canoeing, swimming (plan d'eau in Vieure + Lapeyrouse), climbing, cycling and hiking. Every weekend there is a brocante organized somewhere in the region.

Maison spacieuse, bien rénovée. Très propre, cuisine extrêmement bien équipée. Grand jardin, même des jouets pour les enfants sont présents.
Un séjour en toute tranquillité.

Het huisje is zeer luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden liggen prima en de douche is heerlijk.
Heerlijk huis op een zeer rustige locatie. De vogels hoor en zie je overal. Ideale plek om tot rust te komen.
