Nature house in Pereiras-Gare

Our little nature house is situated in the south of Alentejo, only a few kilometers away from the border to the Algarve. It has been newly built in 2016 on our property of 50 ha. It has a small lake right in front of it, in which you can go swimming  has a total living space of 50 m² separated in a living room with a small kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilette and bidet. It offers enough room for 4 people to enjoy their stay. On the big terrace (30 m²) you can relax and have your meals. Both, electricity and hot water, are supplied by solar energy. In winter a fireplace provides a cosy and warm atmosphere. Moreover, we care a lot about cleanness in our house. For this reason, we always clean everything by ourselves to make sure it meets our standards.

The nature house is situated in the so called "serra". This is a part of the Alentejo that is quite hilly and with a lot of kork trees, other oaks and mendronho trees. Those are the trees which yellow and red fruits are used to make the traditional Medronho liqueur. Or next neightbours are at least 5 minutes away by car and there is no real street close to the house. You will not hear any traffic or people. If you like you can go for long walks or hikes and for hours and usually you will not meet other people. Mountainbiking and nordic walking are also very attractive in this area.
