Nature house in Montrollet

All-natural stone cottage located on 1.35 acres, with a one-acre fishing lake. The lake is stocked with carp, roach, tench and perch. The cottage itself consists of a living room with built-in kitchen with refrigerator and a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room, so you can sleep up to five people. There is a small shower room with toilet. With a sophisticated system, the cottage is completely self-sufficient and co2 neutral. Power is generated with solar panels, the electricity is stored in large batteries. Shower water comes from the lake and is pumped through a filter system and stored for use. Drinking water comes from spring water bottles, which are placed under the kitchen sink. Cooking is on propane gas, which has the highest calorific value of any gas. The cottage has a large terrace (7.5 x 3.5 meters) with partial canopy that is transparent, so you have maximum light. The outdoor life is great. Wake up and sit on the terrace with the butterflies and birds around you. The kingfisher comes by regularly and the frogs can also be heard.

The cottage is located in the middle of nature, bordered by forest and trees. You get there via a private access road of 700 meters, which is well passable and leads only to the cottage. So no traffic rushing by, you are in the middle of nature with the corresponding silence.
