Nature house in Roussines

This nature house is a former goat stable of an old farm from 1868 and is attached to the house of the landlords. The beautiful house has recently been completely renovated while preserving old characteristic elements, so everything is in top condition! The nature house has a private entrance, parking space and terrace and is divided as follows: you enter the house in the open kitchen, equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer and so on. Adjacent to the kitchen is the sitting room with breakfast bar and sitting area. The new luxury bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with rain shower, sink and toilet. The upper floor has one spacious open bedroom with a double bed. Behind the cottage is a large private terrace with garden table, chairs, parasol and sun beds.

The nature house is located in one of the most beautiful regions of the Charente. The Charente has the most hours of sunshine in France after Provence! The area is wooded, dotted with lakes and beautiful scenery. Three kilometers away is the beautiful 18-hole golf course Golf de la Preze. Several swimming lakes with sandy beaches are in the vicinity. Fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, horseback riding can be done just a few kilometers from the cottage. The beautiful town of La Rochefoucauld with its magnificent chateau is fifteen minutes drive away. Large shopping cities of Limoges and Angouleme are half an hour away.
