This beautifully located nature house used to be a gardener's house. The farmhouse has been converted into an attractive and comfortable nature house for seven people. The cottage is located on a country road leading to the hamlet of Varssel and is completely surrounded by woods and fields. Around the house is a spacious garden with a large lawn, where you will also find a fireplace to enjoy the evening around a crackling wood fire to sit and bake your sandwiches or roast marshmellows. You have plenty of peace and privacy here. The nature house has access to three bedrooms, all with single beds. Two bedrooms have a sink. The bathroom has a shower and sink. The toilet is separate. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The cozy living room with wood stove has garden doors to the terrace. There is even a washing machine. The indoor garage is suitable for storing bicycles or motorcycles. Not luxurious, but comfortable!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is right next to the country house, with a spacious garden and views of the countryside, facing the forest. The deer, pheasants, hares and rabbits walk through your backyard, so to speak. In addition, it is also just steps away from one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Netherlands! Your dog is welcome, but beware! The garden is not fenced. The access road to the hamlet is next to the house. Located next to the bridge to Huize Zelle, in the heart of the estate. Surrounded by the famous scenery of the Achterhoek. You can enjoy cycling and hiking. Visit the many quaint villages and towns, enjoy the catering or go on a cultural trip to one of the many museums. Eg Museum More, just 4 km in the castle of Ruurlo

De uitvoering in huis is erg basic. Voor het schoonmaken moet een flinke bijdrage worden gegeven, maar we moesten bij aankomst flink wat stofnesten verwijderen.
Het huisje ligt mooi op het landgoed omgeven door gevarieerde natuur.
