Nature house in Maredsous (Maredret)

The complex of this house is built of rural natural stone and is located on the edge of the craft town of Maredsous-Maredret. This old mill has been completely restored and features the two fully functioning watercourses. Since August 2017, this mill produces a large amount of the electricity. Outside the ruralhut you have a large garden (about 1.5 hectares) with (fish) pond, a spacious terrace, private parking and four carports. This house is located along the La Molignée river. There is also a ping-pong table. The organization of student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited. It is only rented for private use (no invoice and services).

In the immediate vicinity of the ruralhut, you have many possibilities to go hiking, cycling or to enjoy the local gastronomy. Nearby are the Maredret Abbey, Maredsous Abbey, Falaën Castle Farm, Montaigle Ruins and Annevoie Gardens. The town of Dinant is 15 kilometers away, where you can visit the citadel or do a kayak cruise on the Lesse.
