This ruralhut is a completely restored house, located between the woods, on the edge of the village of Sosoye, classified as one of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia, on the plateau of Maredsous. The house is fully insulated and has all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable. Please note: Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited. The house is only rented for private use (no invoice and services).
Nature and surroundings
The house is set in a private area of approximately 1.5 hectares. You can enjoy a large terrace with a beautiful view and a garden (with garden furniture and barbecue). Private parking and a carport are also at your disposal. If you go a little further you will discover the Annevoie Gardens and the beautiful city of Dinant and its citadel. In the immediate vicinity of the house you have ample opportunities for walking, cycling or enjoying the local gastronomy.

Nature, peace & environment:What a drama afterwards. In retrospect we were charged bizarre costs. For example a double cleaning ( why double? Cleaning is cleaning, right?) for €160. In the small print it says for example a bag of garbage bags for €26 and emptying the dishwasher for €30 ( what kind of prices are these?). So you have to go through those.... Seem to be somewhere... I would recommend just booking another house. The latter seems like the best option to me because there is plenty of choice in this price range....
Wat een drama achteraf. Achteraf hebben wij bizarre kosten doorbelast gekregen. Bijvoorbeeld een dubbele schoonmaak ( hoezo dubbel? Schoonmaken is toch schoonmaken?) voor €160.
In de kleine lettertje staat bijvoorbeeld een zak vuilniszakken voor €26 en vaatwasser leeghalen voor €30 ( wat zijn dat voor prijzen?). Dus die moet je wel even doornemen.. schijnen ergens te liggen...

Fam. September 16, 2022 General rating:Buitenzijde van het huis is heel mooi en netjes, echter binnen is het wel aan een opknapbeurt en modernisering toe. Oude versleten keuken en meubilair in de woonkamer erg ouderwets. Sanitair is ronduit smerig en oud. De prijs voor dit object is dus echt te hoog. Beheerder spreekt alleen Frans.

Eefje August 8, 2022 General rating:Gezellig huis met ruimte genoeg voor iedereen. Ook buiten is veel ruimte en rust, heerlijk op jezelf. De kinderen vonden het ook een fijne plek.
