The Tiny house is located at the beginning of the landlords' yard, on about 700 m² of land. The orchard is a free plot. There you have an unobstructed view over the meadows and can enjoy beautiful sunsets! From the garden you have a beautiful view and through the large windows in the cottage you also always have a beautiful view! The neighbor's cows walk past the orchard. The nature house is 12.5 meters long and 3.5 meters wide and has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and there is one small room with one or two single beds There is an open kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The cottage is fully insulated, equipped with solar shutters. There is air conditioning and central heating. Because the landlady has a practice at home, this cottage is not suitable for several, older children. One child and / or a baby, pass the problem! The rent includes bed linen, towels etc, and heating.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the outskirts of Le Hameau Le Vernay, Sémelay, on the edge of nature park Le Morvan . Beautiful walks and bike rides can be made in the area. Swimming is about 18 kilometers away, cool off in the river in Sémelay.Towns to visit are Autun, Nevers, Moulins, Vézelay and Avalon.
