After celebrating summer vacations at 'La Courcelle' for the past four years, it is open to guests again this year. The house dates from 1850 and is bright and spacious. It has the necessary comfort and entertainment to make your stay carefree and enjoyable. It has a cozy and spacious living room with a corner sofa and armchairs. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the lake, the valley and the hills of the Morvan. The TV and games room has a nice lazy sofa and TV. Upstairs is the second bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There are six bedrooms with good beds: four with double beds and two with single beds (so 10 times 90x200 centimeters) and extra beds for the children. Right next to the house is a cozy, smaller garden with built-in barbecue and swing. Here is a large picnic table for 10 people. There are also dining tables and chairs that you can place wherever it suits you. Fast WiFi via fiberglass is available in and around the house.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the middle of a nature reserve. From the terrace at the back you have a breathtaking view over the hills of the Morvan and on the Lac de Pannecière. You have your own (rock) beach at this super clean lake. It is wonderfully quiet, only small boats of hobby fishermen are allowed. It is a wonderful place to swim, canoe or fish for you and your children. The Morvan is a nature reserve, the air is clean. The hilly landscape consists largely of small-scale meadows with hedgerows and loose groups of trees or shrubs, dense deciduous and coniferous forests, lakes, fens and slow-flowing and sparkling streams and rivers. Here you will find no industry, no big cities and no four-lane roads. The Morvan offers plenty of opportunity to get out into nature, whether just walking, cycling, bird watching or enjoying flora, amphibians, mosses, mushrooms or stars. Every season has its charm.
