On a sloping site, this nature house is built. Compact, but with lots of light and space and extended in height, the two cottages(house A e house B ) resemble two identical donjons or watchtowers. Here you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of unspoiled nature. The kitchen and dining room are one floor below and at the bottom of the plinth you will find the bedrooms. The terrace, the entrance hall and the bathroom are in between each floor. House B is rented out and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. House A can be rented without specific arrangements. Both houses have a spacious garage and storage room of approximately 100 m2. Both houses also have 2 outdoor terraces.
Nature and surroundings
Two beautiful independent nature houses, located between the Maritime Alps and the Hautes Alpes, this region combines the pleasures of mountains and Mediterranean climate. The area has 300 days of sunshine a year, snow in the winter months and evening breezes in the warm summer months. In other words, there is skiing from New Year to March and swimming in Lake Serponçon from July to October. Nature is unseasonably beautiful in the off-season. Untouched mountain landscapes and forests are permanent challenges for the hiker or the VTTer.
