These nature houses were built on a sloping plot. Compact yet filled with light and space, and built to maximize vertical height, the two cottages (Cottage A and Cottage B) resemble two identical keep-like structures or watchtowers. Here, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of unspoiled nature. The kitchen and dining room are one floor below, and the bedrooms are located at the bottom of the base. The terrace, the entrance, and the bathroom are all situated between the floors. House B is available for rent and can accommodate up to 10 people. The property covers 5,000 m². House A may be available for rent subject to specific arrangements. Both homes feature a spacious garage and storage area of approximately 100 m². Both homes also have two outdoor terraces.
Nature and surroundings
Two beautiful, independent nature houses, nestled between the Maritime Alps and the Hautes-Alpes, this region combines the joys of the mountains with a Mediterranean climate. The area enjoys 300 days of sunshine a year, snow in the winter months, and a cool evening breeze during the warm summer months. In other words, you can ski from New Year’s Day through March and swim in Lake Serponçon from July through October. Nature is breathtakingly beautiful in the off-season. Untouched mountain landscapes and forests offer constant challenges for hikers and mountain bikers. For athletic cyclists, too, the seven most beautiful mountain passes in the area present exciting challenges.
