Very spacious Nature House Near Boerakker, in the Southern West Quarter of the province of Groningen near the province of Drenthe and Friesland, lies in a unique location, this beautiful nature house. Located in a nature reserve belonging to the ecological high structure you can really relax, but there are also plenty of opportunities to actively relax. The landlords themselves live in the front house and in 1999 a chalet was built behind the house. This contains the apartment with an area of 100m2. French doors lead out onto the south-facing terrace and garden. The garden offers numerous beautiful spots. By the pool and apple trees is a lounge set where you can enjoy undisturbed. If necessary, 1 extra bed can be added and you can stay overnight with up to 3 people.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is characterized by coulisse and dike landscape, sandwiched between the City of Groningen, the provinces of Drenthe and Friesland and the Lauwersmeer area. Wierden, ditches, grasslands and winding roads give variety to the wide landscape. This is the oldest cultural landscape of the Netherlands and even of North-Western Europe. In the vicinity of our nature house you can make beautiful bicycle tours and there are wonderful hiking trails. Bicycles can be rented. At 60 meters lies "the Old Diep". This is an excellent starting point for beautiful canoe trips and you can do excellent fishing here. With a great diversity of flora and fauna, there is plenty to experience. By bus or car you are also within 20 minutes in the center of Groningen.Fun attractions that are definitely worth; You can, for example, to the Groninger Museum, Nienoord Estate and Coendersborg. Water lovers can go to the Leekstermeer or the Lauwersmeer area. In the accommodation is enough information for a nice day out in the area.
