De keuken van het huis is van alles voorzien. Van kersenontpitter tot blender. De apparatuur is wel gedateerd, maar werkt nog goed. Weinig bladruimte.
De slaapkamer heeft 2 1-persoonbedden.
Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm buiten, maar het huis zelf was heerlijk koel.
De boiler heeft voldoende warm water. Fijn dat er een wasmachine is.
Het douchen zou wel iets verbeterd kunnen worden. Nu moet je de douchekop vasthouden terwijl je aan het douchen bent.Het huis ligt een paar 100 meter buiten het dorpje. Het is er erg rustig, weinig langsrijdend verkeer. De hele dag kan je de krekels horen. En 's avonds krijg je aan de achterkant van het huis bezoek van een kudde koeien met kalveren.

Omgeving is heel erg rustig, noem het maar heel erg stil. 's Avonds hoor je alleen de krekels en de uilen. Af en toe hoor je een koe loeien, dat kan ook niet anders want de buren (een kleine kilometer verderop) houden inderdaad Charolais koeien. Je kan direct vanuit het huisje wandelen. Het moeie van Frankrijk is dat je altijd een uitgebreid wandel/wegennet hebt en dat de kaart ook altijd klopt met de werkelijkheid. .s Morgens even naar de bakker lopen, verse croissants voor ontbijt en heerlijke broodjes voor tijdens de wandeling.De huisraad heeft niets te kort, wij zijn niet iets tegengekomen wat er niet was. De wasmachine als je er 3 weken zit is ook echt een uitkomst. Heerlijke relaxte omgeving.
De natuur is echt fantastisch, vogels, vossen, eekhoorns en natuurlijk de Charolais koeien.
