Nature house in Lievelde

This special nature house is located between Groenlo and Winterswijk, near nature reserve Korenburgerveen. The house is sandwiched between two old oaks, detached and has a beautiful unobstructed view with lots of privacy. Come relax and live like a god in the Achterhoek. Relax by the campfire or snuggle up by the wood stove with a glass of wine or cold Grolsch. You have a large private garden with terrace, fire pit, outdoor pool, pizza oven and on request with Hot tub and Finnish outdoor sauna with a view. There is also a swimming pool (May-Oct), bocce court, outdoor kitchen, lots of space, views and a trampoline. A paradise for guests big and small! The cottage is tastefully decorated and the open kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are made and towels are ready. Inside you can play darts, shuffleboard and there are games. Through the stable windows you look out over the coulisse countryside with bats, deer, foxes and owls! Firewood is included and a vintage tandem is at your disposal free of charge.

At the end of the street the moor begins. The vast Korenburgerveen is located in an area where you can wander through a historic farmland landscape with beautiful forests, streams, heaths and raised bogs. Cranes even nested here last spring. From the nature house you can cycle on the free tandem through the moor to the cozy Winterswijk. Other nice places within cycling distance: Groenlo, Lichtenvoorde, Aalten and book town Bredevoort. On car distance: Zutphen, Doetinchem, Enschede and of course Arnhem. More beautiful nature in the area can be found at the quarry near Winterswijk, where sometimes an eagle owl breeds, recreation area Het Hilgelo (nice swim) and at the Leemputten; here you can also enjoy pedal boats and an old-fashioned playground. Also fun, the new indoor amusement park Bommelwereld is just around the corner. Beautiful and interesting are Museum More and Museum Villa Mondrian. In short, the Achterhoek!
