Nature house in Vals-les-Bains

From this authentic nature house you have a phenomenal view over the mountains and valleys of southern Ardeche. Here you still breathe really pure air and there is no light pollution. In this place you are embraced by nature and tranquility. You can hear the happy swallows and the sheep. This stylish cottage (2p to 4p) is furnished with love and passion. It consists of a spacious living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, so is the shower room. Because of the thick natural stone walls it is pleasantly cool inside. From the living room you walk directly onto the large wooden balcony, where you can enjoy the panoramic view. The cottage is not too remote, because within 10 minutes you are in Vals les Bains; a large village with a market every Sunday, restaurants, natural pool and cozy stores. The landlords are Dutch and they themselves live permanently upstairs in the house. They are happy to assist you!

The surrounding nature is very varied: oak and pine forests, vineyards, rivers with deep gorges, chestnut and fruit orchards and quiet, rural roads. Many wonders of nature can be seen here; the waterfall Ray-Pic, Mon Gerbier de Jonc, the Pont d'Arc, Chier de Borée, le Pont du Diable and the beautiful Gorges de l'Ardeche. In the vicinity are many old and picturesque villages with attractive squares, terraces, stores, wineries and restaurants: Aubenas, Jaujac, Joyeuse, Vogüé, Mirabel, Balazuc, Labeaume, Largentière and Antraigues. You can enjoy hiking, swimming, fishing, mountain biking or cycling as well as canoeing, rock climbing and canyoning.
