This nature house is located in a quiet village, right by the forest. The detached house has a large garden where you can sit quietly. There are two verandas and there is a lovely sitting area in the shade under the walnut tree. There is plenty of room in the garden (700 m²) to play. The cottage has a large kitchen/living room (40 m²), a spacious conservatory, three bedrooms (11 m²), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is a small library with German and Dutch books. There are hiking and cycling maps of the area. A TV, DVD player, VCR and radio with CD player are also available. There is no internet in the cottage, but at the lake there is wireless internet for everyone. There is a bakery a 10-minute walk away. There are supermarkets and stores in the neighboring villages of St. Kanzian and Eberndorf. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. Arrival time: 14.00. Departure time 11.00.
Nature and surroundings
Lake Klopeinersee, Carinthia's warmest lake (up to 27 degrees in summer), is a ten-minute walk away. The Turnersee (four kilometers) has beautiful views of the Slovenian Karawanken mountains. The small Gösselsdorfersee (three kilometers) is directly adjacent to the forest. The house is located in the border area between Carinthia and Slovenia. You can make wonderful (mountain) hikes or bike tours (Drau-Radweg) in the immediate vicinity. Around the corner you can play tennis, horseback riding, windsurfing on the Klopeinersee and golf (18 holes!).

Heidy General rating:Top! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Je hoeft zelf alleen je kleren mee te nemen.
Nature, peace & environment:Rondom het huis stonden iets meer huizen dan ik had verwacht. Maar de achtertuin maakte alles goed.

Jeannette General rating:Het is in onze ogen geen 'natuur'-huisje. Het huisje ligt in een dorp met alle dorpsgeluiden (maaien, zagen, klussen vanaf 07.00 uur in de ochtend) en bovendien grenst het aan een restaurant-bar waarbij in het weekend het volume van de muziek erg hoog staat.

R General rating:Fijn verblijf in een groot huis in een rustige buurt.
Nature, peace & environment:Mooi, groot huis (3 slaapkamers), supercompleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis heeft een hele grote tuin en ligt in een woonwijkje: het maakt onderdeel uit van een klein plaatsje waar verder niet zoveel voorzieningen zijn. Voor boodschappen moet je even op pad maar de omgeving is prachtig dus je reist voor je plezier. Wij hebben hier met veel plezier verbleven.
