The roulottes (Pipo wagon) are in the middle of nature, in a beautiful valley with forest, a cave, meadow. You have a lot of privacy, freedom and space. The roulotte has a bedroom with a double bed and a bed for a child above. Also a sitting area where you can make a bed, storage cupboards. You enter through a wooden terrace. Outside there is a hammock, outdoor furniture, a dry toilet, a separate private covered area with shower, kitchen and dining area. Bbq available. A small tent can be placed next to it. There is no pool but there is a water source, a stream and the Dordogne River is 5 km away.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in a special valley where since 2003 the landlords of this nature house own a piece of valley with 2 mobile homes and a small cottage. There are water sources and stream but also the sheltered valley ensures that the flora and fauna is wonderfully diverse. A wealth of medicinal plants, banana trees, palms, figs and also a wealth of birds such as the black wow, kingfisher, peregrine falcon. Deer, roe deer and wild boar regularly walk through the meadow. The landlords breed rainbow trout very naturally which they sell at farmers markets. You are not bothered by other guests and are guaranteed to find peace and quiet here. Nearby there is a forest, meadow, water, hills and a cave. The cottage is centrally located in terms of tourist attractions such as three kilometers from Souilac and 20 minutes from Rocamadour, Domme and Sarlat.

Kitty July 5, 2021 General rating:De uitbaters zijn enorm vriendelijk en meegaand. Ze zetten alles in het werk om jouw verblijf helemaal naar wens te doen verlopen. De roullotes bieden je al het nodige comfort en zijn prima onderhouden. Kamp je toch met enig probleem, dan komen de uitbaters ASAP met een oplossing. De site op zich heeft alles wat je kunt wensen als uitvalsbasis om de wijdere regio te ontdekken. Voor wie louter tot rust wil komen, zonder verplaatsingen, is deze site bij mooi weer ideaal. Wees wel voorbereid op het maken van de nodige afstanden wanneer je zoekt naar enige culturele of sportieve activiteiten, de omgeving verleend zich niet tot een wandeling naar de boulangerie of supermarkt, een tochtje met de fiets of kano zijn niet mogelijk zonder verplaatsing. Met de wagen zit je echter op de ideale uitvalsbasis om deze regio ten volle te ontdekken! Bovendien is heel de regio (zowel de verblijfplaats als de wijde omgeving rond de Dordogne) ontzettend diervriendelijk! Wij kozen deze bestemming in functie van onze hond, die naar onze mening de meest geweldige week uit z'n leven had!
Nature, peace & environment:Het huisje is gelegen in het midden van een dal, omringd door groene, bosrijke heuvels en natuurlijke waterlopen. Op het domein vindt je o.m. kweekvijvers vol regenboogforel (waar je tevens kunt vissen) ezels, schapen, kippen, ... Maar ook de prachtige lokale flora en zelfs fauna die zo nu en dan eens komen piepen, doen je al het hectische van het dagelijkse leven vergeten. De feeërieke en vooral rustgevende omgeving bieden alle rust die een mens wenst.

Nature, peace & environment:Heerlijk!!! We hebben enorm genoten van de rust en de natuur. Je hoort er niets anders dan de natuur. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn hartelijk, heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hier komen we zeker terug.

Stefanie August 3, 2019 General rating:Het was heel gezellig en charmant. De eigenaars waren ook heel vriendelijk. Ze waren heel hulpvaardig maar zorgden ook voor de rust die het natuurhuisje je gaf. We hadden dan ook een heerlijke vakantie.
Nature, peace & environment:Het was heerlijk rustig genieten met alleen maar bergen met bos op rond je.
