Bourgogne-Nievre, village of Marigny-sur-Yonne at 1km. 4 chalets> One wheelchair adapted cottage= 2. Gite 4= quadruped allowed Grounds; 8000 m² with open view over meadow bordering the Canal du Nivernais. Amid the rolling fields and woods. All necessary comfort available, basic but spacious & cozy and large covered terrace =extra asset. This cottage 2 its 2pers room is made more spacious= enough room for wheelchair. It is accessible via a sloping ramp . Pleasant living room with open kitchen > wheelchair adapted as well as the sanitary room with large flat shower. Each cottage has its own barbecue. Each cottage has five beds> max 4 adults! The bunk bed above the double bed in room 2= for children up to 14 years. An extra 6th pers can be requested if >baby / toddler> folding bed can be free Rental =Minimum 2 nights. HIGH SEASON= July-August only week rental or longer = Arrival / departure days> SATURDAY / TUESDAY Swimming-waterfun>4 lakes & 5 lacs
Nature and surroundings
The 4 nature houses are surrounded by forests & meadows. Lovely hiking, biking and fishing. The Canal du Nivernais is one of the most beautiful in Europe. Right next to it flows the Yonne= refreshing place for water fun. Corbigny, our town at 6km with beautiful 18th century abbey, shopping and Friday market & every second Tuesday of the month the super big foire march. There are 2 supermarkets (Super U & Aldi) 3 bakers, 2 pastry stores, butchers, caterers, bank branches & several Bar/restaurants & terraces. Festivities, soirées musiques, street theater hall & 2nd weekend Aaugust the huge Brocante market for 2 days. 4 lakes at 15-25 min drive & also 5 Lacs= in natural park> Morvan where swimming is great. Paddleboards, pedal boats & canoe rentals available. On route; beautiful views, babbling brooks, rivers, lakes and castles and the charolais cows typify our lush green region = the green lung of central France. Peace, quiet = relax

De veranda over de breedte van het huisje is een pluspunt. Ook 'savonds is het de moeite waard om de donkerte en stilte van de omgeving te ervaren. Het huisje zelf is comfortabel met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Heerlijk rustig, een prachtig uitzicht op de Morvan en 'savonds genieten van een heldere sterrenhemel met het geluid van uilen op de achtergrond.
