Nature house in Hulshorst

On the edge of the Veluwe, near the beautiful Hulshorsterzand, lies a mystical and cozy nature house on private property. The atmosphere and location of this cottage are unique. It has low electromagnetic radiation and virtually no electrosmog. The cottage is ideal for two people who want to enjoy the peace and quiet and the sound of birds singing. The bedroom features two single beds arranged as a double bed. Upon request at the time of booking, the double comforter can be replaced with two single comforters. The cottage is well insulated against both heat and cold and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. It features lovely underfloor heating and a covered porch facing the woods. Naturism is also permitted here. Our property borders directly on a forest/heath hiking area (Natura 2000). In short, a wonderful location for those seeking peace and quiet, cyclists, and hiking enthusiasts. Please note: children and pets are not allowed. The cottage is located 60 meters from the landlord’s residence. The landlord is always available to answer your questions or accommodate your requests.

Our nature house is nestled on private property with its own forest, on the border between the dry landscapes of the Veluwe and the wetlands along Lake Veluwe. Many species of birds sing and nest in the forest surrounding the house. The cottage is within walking distance of the famous Hulshorsterzand, where—in addition to the beautifully marked hiking and biking trails—you can spend hours wandering through the quiet, vibrant wilderness. It is a unique area with many rare plants and animals. You’ll find habitats for roe deer, red deer, wild boars, and badgers, among others. Along the Veluwemeer, you’ll find beaches and extensive cycling routes. The increasingly organic livestock farming attracts many meadow and water birds. Within half an hour by bike, you can reach Elburg (fortress, harbor, museum), Harderwijk (shopping, dining, boulevard, Dolfinarium), Hierden (sauna/wellness), Nunspeet (shopping, markets, golf, and dining), Staverden (castle, estate, dining, Hierdense Beek), and Vierhouten (Verscholen Dorp, heathland, sheep herd, dining, festivals).
