Nature house in Bourguignon lès Morey

The ruralhut is located on the edge of the old village of Bourguignon lès Morey in the Haute Saône. The several hundred years old house has recently been completely renovated with an eye for the old elements and yet very modern inside. The cottage has two bedrooms: a master bedroom on the upper floor and a bedroom with two double sofa-beds of very good quality. The upstairs bedroom can also be used as a cozy (second) lounge . Suitable for two to six people. The living room has an open, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a cosy sitting area with wood burning stove around the old chimney. In addition to the master bedroom you will find a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a separate washing machine space. From the terrace you have a formidable view down into the Valley. By the continental climate of the region is also in the months of september and October a stable weather with plenty of sunshine hours.

The ruralhut is located in the Haute Saône and near sure Egerton is a large green oasis, hilly with alternating forests, nature reserves, agricultural and animal husbandry. Gorgeous yellow rapeseat fields in spring, golden wheat fields in summer and the vast green forests with many special birds are perfect for a good walk or bike ride.Bourguignon lès Moreyn was already inhabited 6000 years ago, there are archeological sites and a small museum in the village. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling trips: you can walk for hours without meeting someone. Cities like Pesmes, Dijon and Langres, Besancon are within 30-60 minutes drive away.
