Nature house in Montfermier

This nature house is 70 m² and can accommodate up to four people and possibly a baby. A crib can also be added. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of an old dovecote (ca 1790) and the vast valley. Unfenced garden of 8,000 m² at your disposal. On the terrace are garden chairs, table and parasol. Of course, you also have a barbecue. Living room with nice kitchenette. Complete kitchen inventory including five-burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. The nature house is near Montfermier, a picturesque village in the sunny south of France located in the rolling part of the Tarn et Garonne. The village has 111 inhabitants and consists of 90% farmers. They grow garlic, melons and kiwis. The famous plum, the Reine Claude also comes from here. On a small scale, they grow some grapes, mostly for their own consumption. The people are very friendly and hospitable and still have time for a chat. The nature house is located 50 meters from the church of Montfermier on a spacious 8,000 m² plot planted with fruit trees. On the property there is a large barn and other old buildings including a pigeonnier (dovecote) worth seeing. The house is a former farmhouse and is built against a slope, therefore the entrance is at street level. Since the landlords live at the nature house they can advise and assist you. They speak Dutch, of course, but also a little French, German and English.
