Tucked away in the rolling countryside of the Gers, on the edge of a vast lake, is our spacious and comfortable 150 m² gîte. Spread over two floors and equipped with a large terrace, the house offers everything for a relaxing stay - from fully equipped kitchen to fresh linens. All you need to bring is your suitcase. Even outside the high season, it is wonderful to stay here: from late August until deep into autumn, you will enjoy mild weather and enchanting colors. The gîte is part of a small vacation resort with 4 safari tents and 2 chambres d'hôtes. In high season a welcome dinner is included in the price and three times a week you can join our attractively priced table d'hôtes.
Nature and surroundings
Our Domaine is located in Lalanne-Arqué, in the south of the Gers, at the crossroads of the departments of Gers, Haute-Garonne and Hautes-Pyrénées. A nice place, we are very enthusiastic about Domaine la Barbe, also our children (12 and 14) enjoyed the stay.

Nature, peace & environment:We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was a place where peace and comfort come together. The house itself was cozy and fully equipped, a beautiful pool and beautiful views of the lake. The pool was clear and well maintained, perfect for both taking a dip in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The surroundings gave us a real vacation feeling. Ideal to unwind, Albert & Femie are very friendly and do everything they can to give you a great stay. On the day of arrival Albert cooks a delicious 3-course menu. If you want to fish with a single rod it is an ideal place with plenty of (white) fish.
Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit huis. Het was een plek waar rust en comfort samenkomen. Het huis zelf was gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, een prachtig zwembad en mooi uitzicht op het meer. Het zwembad was helder en goed onderhouden, perfect om zowel ’s ochtends een frisse duik te nemen als ’s avonds heerlijk te ontspannen.
De omgeving gaf ons een echt vakantiegevoel. Ideaal om tot rust te komen.
Albert & Femie zijn zeer vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om je een geweldig verblijf te geven. Op de dag van aankomst kookt Albert een heerlijk 3-gangen menu.
