The cottage is located on a small intimate estate in the outskirts of Ruurlo. An idyllic piece of Gelderland on 6 acres of private land, surrounded by fruit trees and n huge garden. Away from the crowds, hidden in nature, 4 kilometers south of Ruurlo near the Van Heeckeren and Baakse Beek. The cottage adjoins the house of the owners, but offers lots of privacy. The cottage consists of a cozy living area, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a separate toilet. From the kitchen and terrace you have a beautiful view of the large garden. CAUTION!     Prima huisje. Goede inrichting. Goede gastheer, -vrouw.. lastig punt blijft de trap c q ladder naar boven. Te doen, maar moet wel vooraf bekend zijn. Was voor ons (nog geen) probleem.

    Heel warm ontvangst en fijne nieuwe eigenaren. Alles aanwezig en keurig schoon. Was onze derde keer dat we in Ruurlo waren en proberen in het nieuwe jaar weer terug te komen.

    Onvoorstelbaar mooi, rustig en uitnodigend, ondanks de nattigheid, om te gaan wandelen. Prachtig gelegen op dit particuliere landgoed waar het goed toeven. Veel vrijheid voor de hondjes.

    Wat een geweldig huisje, werkelijk overal is aan gedacht, schoon en ruim!
    Bedden zijn ook geweldig, dat hebben we wel eens anders meegemaakt.
    Heel veel ruimte om het huisje, heel veel privacy en aardige eigenaar die alles goed uitgelegd heeft.
    De tuin (eerder een compleet park) is vrij toegankelijk met alleen het verzoek om eventueel hondenpoep op te ruimen en het stuk wat aan het huis van de eigenaar grenst te mijden maar er blijft meer als genoeg over.
    wij hebben voornamelijk gewandeld en de omgeving per auto verkend maar als het weer beter is zijn fietsen zeker een aanrader om mee te nemen! Ondanks de regen hebben we ons prima vermaakt.
