Nature house in St. Maurice pres Pionsat

This nature house is a (former) farmhouse, at 520 meters altitude and very quietly located in a beautiful nature reserve, part of Auvergne. The small, intimate garden is sunny and fully walled. Cycling, mountain biking and hiking right from the house! Also in front of the attached barn you can enjoy the beautiful view of the valley.

Brégiroux is five kilometers from St. Maurice près Pionsat, where there is a post office, bakery, a small supermarket and a restaurant. Also, just outside the village here is a nice swimming/fishing lake where there is also some playground equipment and picnic tables! In the rolling countryside there are several picturesque villages / towns to visit, each with its own Romanesque church and especially in summer nice flea markets: Pionsat, Ausances and Evaux-les-Bains and many more.In the vicinity of the nature house you will find the thermal baths of Chateauneuf-les-Bains and Evaux-les-Bains, the Gorges de Sioul (canoeing), the little train to the Puy de Dôme (volcanoes area / hang gliding / theme park Vulcania), the top of the 1886 meter high Mont Chancy with the ski resorts Mont Dore and Superbesse, Clermont-Ferrand (shopping around the cathedral) and further castles / ruins and many Romanesque churches.
