The perfect spot for people who want to enjoy nature and are looking for peace and quiet. It’s an inspiring place, ideal for those who want to reflect, write, compose, or paint. Small families will also feel right at home here. The nature house is part of a cottage-style villa. It’s decorated in a personal style with a mix of modern and vintage furniture. Some art is for sale. You may find different pieces than those shown in the photos. In addition to central heating, there is a wood stove. A music player and Wi-Fi are available. Upon request, the hosts can provide materials for artistic pursuits and, if needed, a teacher. You can spend a day cooking with locals, who will share their culinary secrets with you. The hosts can take you on hiking trips, following in the footsteps of the Etruscans or Francis of Assisi. Nature house 30520 is also located in the same building. Two towels and bed linens are included per person. Each change of linens costs €15.00 per person.
Nature and surroundings
3,000 years ago, the Etruscans lived here. The caves they carved out are still in use today—for example, as a communal kitchen. You won’t see any neighbors here. Aside from the sounds of nature, there’s absolute silence. Owls hover in the air searching for prey, the cuckoo calls in the spring and fall, you’ll see birds busily nesting, swallows sometimes come to bathe in one of the ponds, frogs croak to their heart’s content, and wild boars root around along the fence. Beyond that, you’ll occasionally spot a deer, a fox, and many pheasants. Sometimes you might spot a badger—which some claim lives on the property—and if you don’t see it yourself, you’ll see its tracks: it neatly fills its artfully dug latrines with droppings. Foxes, on the other hand, are much less skittish and scatter their droppings liberally about; porcupines dig up plants to feast on juicy roots. There’s Wi-Fi, but you’re actually better off asking the hosts to turn it off for a truly relaxing, “unplugged” vacation. You’re welcome to use the entire property, with the exception of the owners’ private garden. With their permission, you can harvest vegetables and fruit from the garden. There’s plenty of outdoor furniture.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
