Nature house in Arcevia

This ruralhut is part of an old renovated farmhouse with four apartments, each suitable for up to two people. It is always quiet here because there are only adults and no children. This cottage is the biggest one and is located on the ground floor and, of course, it has a private entrance. Furthermore, this ruralhut features a large private terrace with luxurious garden furniture, including fine sunbeds and an amazing view. The cottage has a newly renovated cozy and fresh decoration! There are, for example, two comfortable armchairs, so you can also be at ease in this ruralhut during the pre-season. The dining area is spacious enough for two and the dinner set is well stocked. The kitchen itself is furnished with plenty of storage space and you will find everything you need to make a delicious meal. The bedroom has a double bed with a lengt of two meters. It has no footboard. Very important for tall people! The bathroom has a large sink and the shower room is huge. There are fly curtains everywhere, and the owners offer a bread service in the morning. There is a flat screen TV with Dutch TV channels and internet Wi-Fi is free. The stable is converted into an outdoor living room with a well-stocked library.

This ruralhut is a wonderful base, in the middle of Le Marche, right between the Adriatic and the Apennines. Many label Le Marche as "Italy's best kept secret". Le Marche has everything you would like for a quiet holiday destination: few tourists, the Apennines and its nature parks at only a 30 minutes distance. In addition, it is only half an hour for the beach lovers as well. In the many old villages, life sometimes seems to have stood still in time and the sights you can find everywhere are almost too many to mention. For instance, Corinaldo with the most beautiful city wall of Italy or Fano, an old seaside fishing town with a walled inner city. Of course, Le Marche has a great kitchen like the rest of Italy and in the immediate proximity you will find several good local restaurants.
