Rosa is our largest vacation apartment, it has an area of 38 m2. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a private entrance and a large private terrace with garden furniture, including sun beds and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and armchair, a dining area and an open kitchen. There is plenty of storage space in the living room.The bathroom has a spacious shower and a modern washbasin with freestanding basin.The bedroom has a lovely bed of 1.80 wide and 2.00 meters long with low footboard. For more sleeping comfort, there is a ceiling fan above the bed. There are mosquito nets everywhere. There is storage space in the dresser and closet for clothes.
Nature and surroundings
Rosa nel Pozzo is very centrally located in the middle of Le Marche. About 30 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic coast and 30 minutes to the mountains of the Apennines. Everything is within easy reach, but a car is desirable in this hilly area. If you love old villages, cities and lots of culture, Le Marche is not inferior to Tuscany and here you will find numerous villages and castles where time seems to stand still. For example, Corinaldo with its old city wall which is still completely intact and via this wall you can walk all the way around the city with views of the beautiful hills everywhere. We also recommend visiting the castle village of Pittichio, one of the most beautifully restored castle villages in our immediate vicinity. More touristic, but not to be missed is Urbino which is on the Unesco list. Always wanted to see San Marino? That is also easily accessible from Rosa nel Pozzo.
