Nature house in Robiac Rochessadoule

This Mas consists of 4 gites in the nature of southern France, one 6p-gite, one 5p-gite and two 2p-gites. The high vaulted ceiling gives this 2p-gite a spacious idea and at the same time a special atmosphere. Because the natural house is situated in a cave, it stays wonderfully cool even in the middle of summer. The glass surface of the window and the entrance door provide the necessary daylight and a view of the terrace and garden. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are on the ground floor. All cottages have a private entrance and sufficient privacy and access to the Wi-Fi network. The swimming pool of 4x9 metres is located a bit further from the Mas, so you won't be bothered by pool noises. Next to the pool is a large garden with jeu-de-boules court and playground equipment. Two days a week you can enjoy a three-course dinner in the restaurant and one day they bake pizza. You can use the fresh bread service. The Mas is non-smoking both inside and outside.

The domain is a beautiful retreat where you can hear the silence. In spring this silence is only “disturbed” by birds and in summer these birds are substituted by crickets. It is a small-scale domain and lies in the national park of the Cevennes, a rough, scarcely populated area in the Languedoc. In between the Ardeche and Provence, which enable an offering for all: forests, hills, mountains, rivers, lakes, beaches, caves, cities, and villages with a long history. Even in the midst of the summer season, it is possible you will not meet a living soul on country roads. The rural hut lies in a forest, as you can clearly see in the pictures. Our closest neighbor is about 500 meters away. Hikers and bikers can enjoy their hobbies to the fullest. Hiking tracks are in general well signposted and both hikers and bikers can enjoy quiet tracks and roads the whole year-round. Mass tourism is not to be found around here. If you want to relax close to the water, you can sit beside our pool, but there are also beautiful spots near the Cèze and the Luech or at the lake of Villefort. The cities Uzès, Nîmes en Avignon are worth a visit, but also villages like Barjac, Les Vans, and St. Ambroix with their local markets are worthwhile.
