Nature house/chalet in Corancy. Located on the landlords property overlooking the hills and within walking distance of Lac de Panneciere. The chalet has a veranda . There is a BBQ and table tennis table available and you can rent a canoe. The chalet has a living room with open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds (80x200 cm). There is also a shower room with shower stall, sink, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (filter coffee),blender and oven.A high chair is available upon request. The chalet is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning You can use the electric heating and air conditioning, but because of the environment and high energy prices we assume an average electricity consumption for a family of 40 kWh per week, anything above that we will charge afterwards.
Nature and surroundings
The Morvan is a beautiful natural area with many forests and lakes, located in the heart of Burgundy. If you love peace and nature, this is the place for you. There are numerous hiking and cycling routes in the area. The house is located within walking distance of Lac de Panneciere in the municipality of Corancy. Lac de Panneciere is a reservoir 7.5 kilometers long. The level of the lake slowly goes down in August until only the little river Yonne is visible, and in April/May the lake is fully level again. You can enjoy swimming, canoeing or fishing in the lake, the temperature is always lovely in summer.
