The nature house is located in Auvergne, Haute-Loire department, in the picturesque village of Moudeyres, 20 minutes from the town of Le Puy-en-Velay. The village is on the border of the Ardèche, near Mont Mézenc (Les Estables) and Mont Gerbier de Jonc (sources of the Loire), .

Moudeyres has 100 inhabitants, a restaurant with bar next to the church and the well-known restaurant Le Pré Bossu as you enter the village. The nearest town is beautiful medieval Le Puy-en-Velay (21 km), known for its 5-day medieval festivals each September, and a beautiful Saturday morning market. The south of the Haute-Loire is ideal for hiking, biking, unwinding.... You can hike marked day trips in an ever-changing rolling landscape. For all information on summer activities (hiking, biking, climbing, horseback riding, paragliding, canoeing, rafting, climbing Mont Mézenc, rental of electric mountain bikes) or during the winter (alpine skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing or dog sledding, snowkiting) : the Tourist Office of Les Estables (8 km).
